The organiser of “Huettenzauber 2022” is the Bund der Bayern Inc.
The Bund der Bayern Inc reserves the right to change elements of the event at their own discretion, including cultural performances, provision of food and drinks, location of the event, and other.
The Bund der Bayern Inc will take photos of attendees at the event, and publish these on social media, including Facebook and Instagram. By attending the event attendees agree to the publication of photos of themselves.
The Bund der Bayern Inc reserves the right to cancel any tickets at their tickets.
The Bund der Bayern Inc reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the event, in particular for disorderly behaviour.
For any room bookings at the Woodhouse Manor, please note that monies cannot be reimbursed after 30 June 2022.
If someone cannot attend the event after all and as booked a room, they are welcome to find someone else to take over their room booking instead. They will need to advise the Bund der Bayern Inc accordingly.
If there aren't sufficient room bookings by 15 June 2022 the Bund der Bayern Inc reserves the right to cancel all room bookings, and will advise the attendees accordingly.
The event will held on the grounds of the “Woodhouse Activity Centre”, which is operated by Scouts SA. Scouts SA have their own Terms and Conditions, which can be found here. Attendees agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
