Please note the Terms & Conditions for this event:

1. The organiser of “Hüttenzauber '24” is the Bund der Bayern Inc.

2. The Bund der Bayern Inc reserves the right to change elements of the event at their own discretion, including cultural performances, provision of food and drinks, location of the event, and other.

3. The Bund der Bayern Inc will take photos of attendees at the event, and publish these on social media, including Facebook and Instagram. By attending the event attendees agree to the possible publication of photos of themselves. If you prefer not to have photos of you displayed on social media, please kindly advise our photography volunteers (in high viz vests) to not take close up photos of yourselves. 

4. The Bund der Bayern Inc reserves the right to cancel any tickets at their discretion.

5. The Bund der Bayern Inc reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the event, in particular for disorderly behaviour. 

6. The event will be held on the grounds of the “Woodhouse Activity Centre”, which is operated by Scouts SA. Scouts SA have their own Terms and Conditions, which can be found here. Attendees agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

7. Attendees understand and accept the inherent risks associated with a bonfire night, including open fire pits with access not restricted.

8. Attendees understand and accept the inherent risks associated with hand-held wax torches, including molten wax dripping down. Attendees will be asked to ensure to keep sufficient space to other and monitor their immediate environment when holding a burning wax torch.
